Paul Estridge President & Chief Servant The Estridge Companies Contact: 317/846-7311 estridgepauljr@estridge.net Bio: Mr. Estridge founded the Estridge Group (now called Estridge Collections) in 1983, Estridge Development Company in 1989, First Mile Technologies in 1999, Lockerbie Townhomes in 2000, FirstSource Capital in 2001, Ameritage Homes in 2004, and HOMExperience in 2005. He purchased Paul E. Estridge Homes and Estridge Custom Galleries from his father in 1992. He is active in Grace Community Church, Fathers & Families Center, The Oaks Academy and many charitable and civic organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in business administration - real estate. Gary McNutt Executive Vice President Paul E. Estridge Corp. and Estridge Custom Galleries. Gary graduated from Indiana University with a degree in business. Brad Love Executive Vice President Paul E. He has been with the Estridge Companies for 21 years, also serving in management of internal production for the Company. Brad holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Evansville. He has been with the Estridge Companies for 23 years, previously serving in the roles of sales consultant, sales manager, marketing, and general management of the Company. He has a business degree from Indiana University. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in business administration and he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds an accounting degree from Ball State University and is a CPA. He has been with the Estridge Companies for 11 years and previously served in the position of Controller. Prior to joining the Estridge Companies, Mr. Hayes was financial reporting controller for Simon Property Group. He has a degree in architecture from Ball State University and is a registered architect and member of AIA. Todd has been with the Estridge Companies for three years. He previously was President of Precedent Homes in Indianapolis. Mark Flagg Director HOMExperience Contact: 317/669-8544 flaggmark@estridge.net Bio: Mr. Flagg is responsible for leading the marketing and advertising operations of the Estridge Collections, as well as for the operations of the Design Studio and the retail decor store, HOMExperience. He holds a finance degree from Indiana University as well as a MBA from Wayne State University. Prior to joining the Estridge Companies 10 years ago, Mark worked for Marathon Oil in Alaska. Craig Kunkle Branch Manager Estridge Development Company / FirstMile Technologies Contact: 317/815-2515 kunklecraig@estridge.net Bio: Mr. Kunkle has been with the Estridge Companies for three years and is responsible for land acquisition, land development and all corporate government affairs. He also oversees the operation of FirstMile Technologies, the telephone, cable and internet provider founded by Paul Estridge, Jr. in 1999. Craig graduated from Purdue University with a degree in industrial engineering and prior to joining the Estridge Companies, he worked for the Indiana Republican Party. Mary Catharine Grau Director of Marketing Estridge and HOMExperience Contact: 317/815-2508 marketing@estridge.net Bio: Mrs. Grau is responsible for the marketing and advertising of the Estridge Collections and HOMExperience. She also leads the Homes and Neighborhoods team at HOMExperience. Mary Catharine graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Marketing and holds a MBA from Indiana University. Scott Comer Vice President of Neighborhood Operations Estridge Contact: 317/669-8614 comerscott@estridge.net Bio:Mr. Comer has been with the Estridge Companies for six years and is responsible for overseeing all of the construction activities of the Estridge Collections. His responsibilities also include the maintenance and appearance of all of the neighborhoods, model homes and inventory homes for the Company. Scott graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a double major in business management and marketing/public relations.
