Some builders will review their work with you before you close on your new home. Others will make repairs for a short time after the sale. But no other builder in the country offers the HomeLife Maintenance and Reliability Program, a comprehensive plan of home inspections performed at regular intervals so that we can identify check-list items requiring maintenance, touch-up, and repair-and correct them at no charge to you—for three years after you close on your Estridge home.
